1. Who we are and what this policy covers
SRVI Blueport LLC ("Blueport," "we," or "us") operates blueport.com. This policy covers the information we collect through blueport.com and our marketing emails.
Blueport also builds and runs ecommerce websites for furniture retailers. If you shop on a retailer's website, that retailer's privacy policy covers your shopping and order information. Blueport processes that information on the retailer's behalf, under our agreement with the retailer. For questions about an order or a retailer account, contact that retailer.
2. Information you give us
You give us information when you fill out a form on our site, such as:
- A request to contact our team or see a demo
- A request to meet with us at High Point Market
- A newsletter or blog sign-up
- A manufacturer sign-up for our catalog program
Our forms ask for your name, email address, company, job title, phone number, and organization type. You choose what to submit. You can browse our site without giving us any of this information.
Manufacturers who join our catalog program also send product data and images. That is business information about products. This policy covers the contact details that come with it.
3. Information we collect automatically
When you visit blueport.com, our site and our service providers collect:
- Your IP address and the general location it points to
- Your browser and device type
- The pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site or search engine that sent you to us
- Whether you open or click our emails
We collect this with cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file your browser stores. Once you submit a form, we can connect your earlier and later visits to your contact record.
4. Cookies and the tools we use

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features, such as remembering your form entries, may not work without them.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for these signals, and our site does not respond to them today.
5. How we use your information
- To respond to your request and follow up with you
- To schedule meetings, including at High Point Market
- To send our newsletter, blog updates, and news about Blueport products and services
- To set up manufacturers in our catalog program and deliver their product data to the retailers who carry their line
- To see which pages and content draw interest, and to improve our site
- To measure and target our advertising
- To protect our site and comply with the law
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- With service providers that run our site, email, and analytics, such as HubSpot, Google, and LinkedIn. They use it to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order.
- As part of a merger, sale, or similar transaction involving Blueport.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag lets LinkedIn use information about your visit to show you our ads. Some state privacy laws call this "sharing." To opt out, block cookies in your browser or email us at privacy@blueport.com.
7. Your choices and rights
- Email: every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Cookies: use your browser settings and the opt-out links above.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email privacy@blueport.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will confirm your identity and respond within the time the law requires.
We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your contact record while we have a business relationship with you or you engage with our emails and content. We also keep information as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Where we process information
Blueport is based in the United States, and we process information in the U.S. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to the U.S.
12. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, including retailer websites and LinkedIn. Their privacy policies cover what they collect.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also post a notice on our site.
