Carl provides Blueport with strategic and product leadership as the company enables furniture retailers to compete in ecommerce, solving the unique challenges they face selling online and unlocking groundbreaking omnichannel shopping experiences. The SVP of Product Development for the original, Carl also served as a consultant and engagement manager for retail, technology, and growth strategy projects at McKinsey and Company. Carl holds 10 U.S. patents, has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Product Design concentration from Stanford University.
