Our Customers

As the only managed e-commerce solution for big-ticket retail, Blueport Commerce serves retail chains with over 2,300 stores and $8 billion in retail sales.

These are the stories of a few of the businesses we help to succeed online:

Carpet One

A $3.9 billion retailer with more than 1,100 locations across North America, Carpet One chose Blueport Commerce to create an online presence to support their brick and mortar stores. With the Blueport platform, each store benefits from a store-specific URL while harnessing the marketing opportunities of the corporate site. In addition, all Carpet One sites can now generate do-it-yourself, installed, sample and visit flooring orders that are fulfilled by local dealers.

RoomStore

Blueport Commerce helped RoomStore expand their business without additional overhead costs. Through an e-commerce platform powered by Blueport Commerce, RoomStore extended their delivery area into the desirable New York, New Jersey and Atlanta markets — a new, easy-to-implement revenue stream.

ProSource

ProSource engaged Blueport Commerce to develop an industry first — a members-only e-commerce system allowing contractors and designers to shop and purchase wholesale building materials online. Whether buying a case of adhesive or a truckload of hardwood, ProSource members shop at their convenience and find their orders prepared for pickup at their local showroom.

The RoomPlace

As part of their complete Blueport Commerce implementation, The RoomPlace keeps inventory levels low with a custom clearance center and automated markdowns. Blueport Commerce helped The RoomPlace create a custom clearance center on the Furniture.com website, preserving The RoomPlace's brand integrity while allowing greater control of their inventory.

Flooring America

Blueport Commerce provides hosted solutions and integrated commerce capabilities for Flooring America, including the development and supervision of over 600 local Flooring America e-commerce websites. With the Blueport Commerce managed e-commerce solution, Flooring America offers their customers a seamless multichannel shopping experience, generating new business through e-commerce and web to store lead capture.

Leon's Furniture, Ltd.

Canada's most successful superstores, Leon's utilizes Blueport Commerce's franchise module to manage a hybrid corporate/franchise model. Seamless to consumers, the e-commerce solution powered by Blueport Commerce allows Leon's to offer e-commerce to customers throughout their store base, while franchisees are able to manage their local markets.

Lighting One

As a nationwide cooperative of 150 lighting showrooms, Lighting One had a unique challenge: maintain their brand identity while giving their showrooms the ability to manage their local markets. Their Blueport Commerce implementation gives Lighting One members access to a powerful e-commerce platform, while allowing them to modify branding, pricing and selection in their local markets.
